Dr. Belkowitz brings decades of global experience in civil engineering, materials science, and nanotechnology in concrete. A former U.S. Air Force civil engineer, he has worked across the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania on advanced concrete applications. His work includes patented technologies, advisory roles with NASA, leadership in 3D concrete printing, and long-standing involvement with ACI.
